Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear declaration by e-mail is sufficient, sent to:

Please include your order number, the order date, and the date on which you received the goods. The withdrawal is considered timely if your notification is sent before the 14-day period expires.


2. Consequences of Withdrawal

Once we have received your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

The refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for this refund. We reserve the right to withhold repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.


3. Return of Goods

The goods must be returned or handed over to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you as the buyer.
These costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately €5.

A return shipping label is not provided by us.


4. Compensation for Value

You are only obliged to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
